TITLE PRESENTATION ANALYSIS 2

The second opening sequence, presenting titles I am going to be analysing is one of a different genre in order to compare the different connotations of title presentations with in genres. I am going to be analysing the opening sequence of 'Divergent'.

• After the production company logos of Summit entertainment, Lionsgate company & Red wagon entertainment the first title appears. The first title is the production company of Summit entertainment, appearing on a black title card, in a white font, this moving title card dissolves into 'Red wagon entertainment', an additional production company 
• The third title displays the name of the director of the film, this being Neil Burger, where it states "A film by Neil Burger", against a black title card 
• The fourth title represents the name of the film 'Divergent' against the same black title card, in a lit up font
• A series of the actors name appear in the next 12 titles, they are a list of big A list actors displaying amongst the picture, without a title card
• Followed by a title displaying the casting directors, in a faded in and out editing style, with no title card
• Followed by the same style, presenting the co-producer of Divergent
